# euinvoice > euinvoice is a free EU invoice generator for freelancers and small businesses. It creates legally compliant invoice PDFs (standard VAT, reverse charge, and VAT-exempt / small-business) for 7 EU countries — Slovakia, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic and France — with the correct VAT rates, tax-ID labels and legal text. It also publishes plain-language guides to EU e-invoicing mandates and formats. Note: euinvoice produces compliant invoice PDFs, and Pro users can export Factur-X/ZUGFeRD (EN 16931) e-invoices.
