euinvoice.app is a free online invoice generator for EU businesses, operated by sapplify, based in Slovakia (EU). The service allows you to create, download, and optionally save PDF invoices compliant with EU invoicing standards.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using euinvoice.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Eligibility

euinvoice.app is designed for businesses, freelancers, and professionals operating within the EU. You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent.

4. User accounts

Accounts are optional. You can generate and download invoices without an account.
Account creation uses email-based magic links. No password is required.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your email address.
One account per person or business entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use euinvoice.app only for lawful invoicing purposes. You must not:

Create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices
Use the service for money laundering or tax evasion
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the service
Abuse the service in any way that degrades it for other users

6. Important disclaimer - not tax or legal advice

Please read this carefully:

euinvoice.app is a tool for generating invoices. It is not a tax advisor, accountant, or legal service.
While we strive to include correct VAT rates, legal texts, and country-specific requirements, you are solely responsible for verifying that your invoices comply with the tax laws of your country and your client's country.
We do not guarantee that invoices generated by this tool will be accepted by any tax authority.
Tax rules change frequently. Always consult a qualified tax advisor for your specific situation.

7. Your data and invoices

You retain full ownership of all invoice data and content you create.
For anonymous users, invoice data is processed entirely in your browser and never sent to our servers.
For account holders, saved invoices are stored securely in our database (see our Privacy Policy).
We do not access, share, or sell your invoice data.

8. Intellectual property

The euinvoice.app platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of sapplify. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

Your invoice data and generated PDFs belong to you.

9. Limitation of liability

euinvoice.app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We are not liable for invoices that are rejected by tax authorities, incorrect tax calculations, or any financial losses.
The service is currently provided free of charge. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (zero for free accounts).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct. Your statutory consumer rights under EU law remain unaffected.

10. Service availability

We aim to keep euinvoice.app available at all times but do not guarantee uptime.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

11. Future paid features

We may introduce paid tiers or premium features in the future. The core functionality of creating and downloading invoices will remain available for free. We will provide advance notice of any changes that affect your current usage.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Slovakia.

If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under those laws.
