No. The core invoice generator works without an account. You can create unlimited invoices, download PDFs, and use all supported countries and invoice types without signing up.

An account unlocks additional features: saving your supplier profile so it auto-fills on every invoice, keeping a history of all your invoices, and (on the Pro tier) managing a client directory with custom invoice numbering.

Click the "Sign In" button in the header. Enter your email address and click the sign-in button. You will receive an email with a magic link -- click it to sign in. No password is needed.

If you are a new user, your account is created automatically when you click the magic link for the first time. There is no separate registration step.

euinvoice.app uses passwordless authentication via magic links. Each time you sign in, a unique link is sent to your email. Clicking the link authenticates you securely without needing to remember a password.

Magic links are single-use and expire after a short period. If the link has expired, simply request a new one by entering your email again.

The sign-in email is sent in your selected language (English, German, or Slovak).

Supplier profile: Save your company details once, and they are automatically filled in every time you create an invoice.

Invoice history: Every invoice you download can be saved to your account. View, duplicate, or delete past invoices at any time.

Data export: Download all your data as a JSON file for your records or for migrating to another system.

Account management: Change your email address or delete your account entirely from the Settings page.

If you have been using euinvoice.app without an account and had "Remember my details" checked, your supplier details will be automatically imported into your new profile when you sign up. You do not need to re-enter your information.
