Data Export & Account Deletion

You can export all your data at any time from the Settings page. Click "Export Data" to download a JSON file containing your profile information, all saved invoices with their line items, and your client directory.

The export is comprehensive and includes everything stored in your account. Use it for your records, backup, or for migrating to another system.

To change the email address associated with your account, go to the Settings page and enter your new email address. A confirmation email will be sent to the new address. Click the link in the email to complete the change.

You can permanently delete your account from the Settings page. Type "DELETE" in the confirmation field and click the button. This action is irreversible.

Account deletion removes your profile, all saved invoices, all saved clients, and any subscription data. If you have an active Pro subscription, it will be canceled.

We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account.

euinvoice.app is fully GDPR-compliant. You can export all your data at any time (right to data portability), delete your account and all associated data (right to erasure), and all data processing is transparent and minimal.

For anonymous users who do not have an account, no personal data is stored on our servers. Invoice creation and PDF generation happen entirely in the browser.
