Pro Tier & Billing

The Pro tier includes everything in the free account plus: a client directory for saving and managing recurring clients, custom invoice numbering with configurable prefix and auto-increment, auto-fill client details from your directory when creating invoices, and priority support.

Monthly: 12 EUR per month, billed monthly.

Yearly: 99 EUR per year, billed annually (save 31% compared to monthly billing).

The free tier remains free forever. All core features (invoice creation, PDF download, all countries, reverse charge, VAT exempt) are included at no cost.

Sign in to your account, then go to Settings. In the Billing section, choose your preferred plan (monthly or yearly) and click the upgrade button. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your payment details.

After payment, you are redirected back to euinvoice.app and your Pro features are activated immediately.

Pro users can manage their subscription from the Settings page. Click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can update your payment method, switch between monthly and yearly billing, view invoices, or cancel your subscription.

If you cancel, your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. euinvoice.app never sees or stores your credit card details. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security certification.
