Your Data & Privacy
How euinvoice.app handles your data, what is stored, and how your privacy is protected.
On this page
Anonymous users: everything in your browser
If you use euinvoice.app without an account, all invoice creation and PDF generation happen entirely in your web browser. No invoice data, client information, or supplier details are sent to any server.
When you click "Download Invoice PDF", the PDF is generated using JavaScript running in your browser. The file is created locally and downloaded directly to your device.
Signed-in users: minimal server storage
If you create an account, your supplier profile, saved invoices, and saved clients are stored in a secure Supabase (PostgreSQL) database. This data is used solely to provide the application's features.
Your data is accessible only to you through your authenticated session. You can export all your data or delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
"Remember my details" (localStorage)
For anonymous users, the "Remember my details" checkbox saves supplier information to your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device, is never sent to any server, and can be cleared at any time.
Analytics
euinvoice.app uses Umami for privacy-first analytics. Umami does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not store personal data. It provides aggregate page view and usage statistics only.
Error monitoring
euinvoice.app uses Sentry for error monitoring to detect and fix bugs quickly. Sentry may receive technical error data (stack traces, browser information) but does not receive your invoice or business data. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Payments
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. euinvoice.app never sees or stores your credit card details. Only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status are stored to manage your account tier.
No selling, no sharing
Your data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising. euinvoice.app does not use third-party advertising scripts or tracking pixels. Your business data is yours alone.
