Save, view, duplicate, and manage your past invoices.
Saving invoices
After downloading an invoice PDF, you are prompted to save the invoice to your account. Click "Save" to store the invoice details (client, items, amounts, currency, invoice number) in your account.
Saved invoices appear on the My Invoices page, sorted by date with the most recent first.
Viewing your invoices
Navigate to My Invoices from the sidebar to see all your saved invoices. Each entry shows the invoice number, client name, date, total amount, and currency.
Duplicating an invoice
To create a new invoice based on a previous one, click the duplicate button on any saved invoice. This opens the invoice creation page with all fields pre-filled from the original invoice. You can then adjust the details as needed before downloading.
This is useful for recurring invoices to the same client where only the date and amount change.
Deleting invoices
To delete a saved invoice, click the delete button and confirm the action. Deleted invoices cannot be recovered.
Note: deleting an invoice from your history does not affect any PDF files you have already downloaded.
